His pants are still on, and while he would move to encourage Aether to slip those off, too, he has something he wants to take care of first. He presses another kiss to Aether's lips, before he starts trailing his lips downward. He doesn't linger around the other's neck area for too long, this time. He moves down to Aether's chest instead, as his hands hold onto the other man's waist.
Vanitas pulls back and looks for any scars that Aether may have of his own. If there are any that he can see, he'll go ahead and return the favor by pressing his lips to them. If there's nothing obvious, he'll just resume his slow exploration of Aether's body and pepper kisses all over his torso.
