But it's an endearing height, isn't it?

( Obviously the person in Adelis's body would Get It. There is an unhappy part of him, the growling beast, that remains upset, ears flat, canines bared, that there is a stranger inside Adelis's home, but the sensible part of him does not intend to further express it, for at least Adelis swapped with a familiar face and not with someone else.

Still, his feelings shift like disturbed silt along the swamp floor, seeing Adelis and knowing it is Trahearne. He is between wanting to hold onto him and wanting to set him aside, and he doesn't like this conflict. )

Adelis gets colder than most— you'll want to stay in contact with me, unless you hope to become more ice than flesh in near an hour.

( Despite the conflict, though, he doesn't want Trahearne to suffer, even if he really shouldn't be where he is (growling dog speaking).

At the tail end of his remark, though, he catches sight of the blush; he'd been a little distracted, given all this, but... he supposes all this flustering has been Trahearne's, hasn't it? He supposes he is the sort to blush very easily.

He smiles, tilting his head a little. He tries not to think about how he wants to bite Adelis's ears, or pull him closer. )
