🌚Vesperian Wedding🌚

[ Hey all, guess what time it is? It's for the Vesperian trio wedding get-together! So the whole wedding and event surrounding it is in full stride once the 21st comes rolling around. What time? When the afternoon sun has beautifully cascaded vermillion-saffron pigment all across the sky, casting the rest of the island in a lazy, breathtaking light.

The ceremony is, of course, simple by what they consider to be. All three of (including outfit changes) them are also dressed accordingly, and their Ring bearer comes right on u...

...Wait, is that a dog?

Well, that doesn't matter. What's important is that they're all wearing rings, and share a kiss, the important moment settled in stone. In addition, Yuri playfully nudges the two of them, though, grinning when the three all share a look that is doubtless filled with affection from all parties.

Now, it's time for the festivities! ]

[ Furniture and such are settled nicely and neatly in accordance with the location, decorations settling towards something also star-themed as well. Including the following wedding cake: ]

[ The food is split equally between chocolates, vanilla and other such flavored desserts. There's also a guest book, and a small area set up for some volleyball (on a cleared out field), courtesy of a certain someone who might want to remain active even on his wedding day (*cough*Yuri*cough*), but all in all, it's pretty quaint. ]

[ Yuri is not the type of person to call himself a...planner, let's say, but he's certainly not half-assing anything he's put his mind into here.

He can be found with Repede immediately following the conclusion of the entire shabang (aka initial ceremony), but for what it's worth, he's not wallflowering either, as whomever decides to approach will get a friendly raise of a hand. ]

Hey, glad you could come. So, what do you think?

[ Following that, the dark-haired male will be easily found for volley-ball times. Yes, it's on the grass, and even though they're not at the beach, it's still viable here. He's taken off the coat, hanging it on some chair or some other because he doesn't want Flynn to complain. When someone comes near, he'll toss the ball up and down pointedly. ]

[ Finally, Yuri's probably gotten all that energy out of his system when he's settled down over near the food. He's relaxed and calm. Join him? ]

[ Lucia doesn't quite know the trio outside of meeting Yuri briefly at the karaoke party, but given that it's public and that they're fellow farmers and all, she attends to show her support for the newlyweds. When Yuri has a moment, she approaches him a little sheepishly, but she's dressed nicely for the event, and figures it's not too late to get to know him. ]

Hello, Yuri! It's Lucia, from the party. Congratulations on your marriage! How does it feel?

[VOLLEYBALL (OTA for any thread hopping nonsense - bounce around as you like)]

[Yuri isn't the only restless one with too much energy to burn. At some point, Judith has shed her long blue wedding dress in favour of something still appropriately wedding-like but with the bonus of being able to move easily. She'll change back later. How, you might ask? How did she even change to begin with when there are no changing stalls around? It's a mystery.

She'll beam and spike the ball to the nearest person. Gently. For now]

[Judith, back in her splendid blue dress that glitters in the sunlight, can be found by the food. How did she change so quickly? How does she look so neat and put together after so much exercise? It's a mystery. She might be keeping guard. But mostly she's helping serve the cake. She smiles when someone approaches.]

[When the food is finished and people are leaving, there's one more special surprise.

A dark shape flies up above and a shower of flower petals comes down over the guests. It's a nice way to send everyone off]

[ Oh! You'd think she'd be used to all this cake and such after all the other weddings happening, but she's somehow still surprised to find Judith offering her a slice. With a smile and a nod, she accepts it. ]

Congratulations, Judith! It's been such a lovely day. Oh, and thanks for the cake! It's so pretty, I'm almost afraid to eat it...

[ Clearly Yuri's pleasantly surprise to see her come along! Never too late to enjoy oneself and have a fun time, in his book. ]

I definitely do. Being proposed to is one thing, but being at the actual wedding makes it feel more real.

Ori please. If Judith weren't used to random bursts of overflowing emotion from people, she might be a little more concerned. As it is, she takes it in stride, and reaches over to pet Ori between the horns]

[ Yuri's got his head well on straight enough to know that none of this is an actual dream. He's been more or less looking forward to them getting things set up for another go-round—still not so high-key to attract so many people, but memorable nonetheless... ]

Actually, the three of us know each other from back home. Flynn since I was growing up, and Judith since about a year or so ago—I met her while on an adventure.

[ The headpats do wonders for her overall disposition, always. Thank you, Judith... This way, Ori can better focus on how her friend is positively ✨ glowing ✨ ... What a sweet sight to see! ]

[ Oh hey! Sylvando's definitely a welcome, familiar face 'round these parts.

When the other is coming right on over, Repede is lifting his head up when he seems to notice the other man's approach, but beyond that, seems content to continue lay where he is. ]

Oh, that's Repede. You can call him my partner-in-crime; he's been around since a long while now. Wherever I go, he goes. You a fan of him already?

I can't believe you wanted to do sports on your wedding day. You're going to get grass stains all over that.

[ Yuri thought he could get out of being nagged? Guess again. It's probably not at optimal effectiveness when Flynn can't stop smiling at him like a fool. ]

[ There's no question which of the three of them is the planner and the worrywart. Flynn is half-mingling, half hovering after the ceremony, drifting up to anyone with a smile that might still look a little giddy as he tries to keep an eye on the proceedings. ]

Oh! Is there still enough food? [ Is it time for fear now? ] There should still be more set aside, I can bring it out.

[ Nope, it's safe! Probably. Everyone can appreciate that the combined efforts of two partners may have reined in some of his more dangerous instincts.

Later Flynn can also be found by the tug-of-war setup, petting the little space whale. They're bonding (or so he hopes) as Flynn reads the rules with a skeptical little smile. ]

Did you want to try? I have to warn you that even though he's small, he's stronger than he looks.

[ "Small." ]

And what's wrong with that?

[ Yuri asks, absolutely amused because he sees that smile on his face! If anything he pointedly throws the volley-ball up and down. ]

I'm getting the feeling you were looking to join me instead.
