More or less! Well - I did, before I came here. Now I can only understand them when they speak, and they don't know my speech. It's a little lonely not being able to talk to my lifelong friends any longer, all told, but they still like to follow me around... So I imagine the affection remains mutual, even if the language barrier exists.
