[He follows after Vanitas at a leisurely place, not in any real rush to get to the depths. There could be interesting things close to the surface, after all, and he looks around them curiously. He wasn’t sure what sort of equipment would be provided, if any, and it might be nice to have more then just his Vision at hand.
Also maybe there’ll be distant screams of terror he can pick up on if he focuses. Who knows how spooky these mines are!]
