[One of Sylvando's scavenger hunt answers is that he works out five or more times a week. In fact, he works out every day! He has to be in tip-top shape for the work he does, and that's not even including his new farming side gig!
He likes to do a morning jog along the beach area, and if he happens to spot someone out in their fields along his route, he'll stop by to say:]
Yoo-hoo~! You look like you could use a break! Why not join me for a run?

Alternatively, he likes to do yoga on the rocky parts of the beach in the evening. If only he had a phone to record a fancy ~yoga at the beach~ video for TikTok. Feel free to join in on the fun for some grains.]

[One thing Sylvando's been meaning to do all summer is actually go swimming in the ocean, and having a task tied to it finally gives him an excuse to step away from his farm chores for a bit. Whether he invited you along (feel free to assume this if you have established CR with him) or you happen to find him while on a beach stroll, he'll wave and call out:]
