karaoke party!

What: Karaoke Party Time

[ On Fall 15th, a notice goes up on the noticeboard advertising a karaoke party at Cozy Kitchen on Fall 20th. It may be easy to miss with all of the pirate chaos, but Lucia will put a sign at the front of the restaurant to remind her fellow farmers of the event.
When Fall 20th rolls around, the smell of Lucia's food can be smelled from outside in town square. One may also catch another redhead bringing alcohol from his winery into the restaurant, or people from the other neighboring bar moving equipment into Cozy Kitchen. When everything's said and done, the restaurant is left with a nice evening setup. It's a small-ish space but there is plenty of food and alcohol for people to indulge in, as well as non-alcoholic drinks like tea and water. The karaoke machine is set up, and there are board games from the store that people can play while they're here.
People are free to sing, open mic style, as many times as they'd like. At some point during the party, however, Lucia will make it a point to play some slower songs on the machine and cite that it's been a while since the dance in Spring. Now might be a good chance to get one last dance in with someone before Winter hits! Finally, party games will be inevitable, so go ahead and participate or run your own. ]

Those thoughts bring warmth to his expression and some to his cheeks before they fade as he thinks of another answer. This is Bar, even if there is a crowd, so he attempts to reach deeper though it forces his words quieter as he reaches for Bar's hand. ]

I... I am grateful to be blessed with a body that remains in fine health despite some mistreatment on my part.
And that I have the conviction to adhere to my principles under extreme stress.
[AND A THIRD ONE...... HMM... WHAT CAN HE EVEN SAY? What do Kaspar and Sylvando even see as appealing about him. He has no fucking clue. He almost wishes he could see himself how they do, except he still can't let go of the part of him that feels like he needs to be punished and thus doesn't deserve that love even from himself.

I have a strong ability for memorization, which is immensely helpful for keeping all the legal precedent I need to have at hand in my head.

[ Kaspar's eyes say the agreement is for the first one, the warmth of his smile for the second, and the plan to grow that list for the last. But for now he is happy enough with all three to reach up and tuck a hair back into place behind his ear. Being this close, a peck to his cheek might have been less intimate. But the touch of his free hand is light and fleeting, and it falls to find a gentle hold on Bar's closest arm. Still intertwined with his, Kaspar's hand remains firm. ]

[ He likes hearing Bar try, even more than any compliments directed his way. There is no reminder that it's Bar's turn. But Kaspar seems so quietly content beside him that it's hardly active avoidance. He'll remain like this for a comfortable beat. For as many as Bar is willing to let him soak in while the music plays and the party goes on. Kaspar, present but set apart with Bar in their own envelope of space. ]
