🌱 The Cozy Kitchen is a very minimalist restaurant that is currently only staffed by Lucia Lee (Chef) and Noé Archiviste (server). There's a handwritten sign at the entrance that reads "INQUIRE FOR JOB OPPORTUNITIES, WILL PAY IN MUSHROOMS/GOLD".

🌱 The interior of the restaurant is earthy and filled with plants, but not too furnished just yet. There are three small, round tables for up to two people each, and a small menu, made up of Lucia's specialties.

🌱 The menu (as of 3rd day of Summer) has Lucia's signature stew, some corn chowder, fried noodles, fried rice, and chicken Alfredo pasta. Water, coffee and tea are also available, though they're nothing fancy at the moment and only come with cream and sugar. Payment can be either in gold (the town's currency) or in any sort of crops. Everything is probably a little underpriced.

🌱 Restaurant hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm.

[ Forget money, forget turnips. That smile is the best payment and Noé wants to get a Lucia smile paycheck. ]

Oh, I hope people like it. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback so far, so I thought I should put my crops to good use.

[ She feels a little bad for making Noé and Gaku work for her (which is part of a business, girl, please), but she's glad there are people willing to help. ]

[ Date...maybe... She hopes it is, but she's not going to ask him about it. She'll just dance around it instead, as per usual. ]

[ The prospect of spending some time alone with Lucia later makes him even more enthusiastic than usual. Hopefully, it's going to be enough to cheer her up before the customers start coming in. ]

[ It certainly cheers her up quite a bit. She's more relaxed, her shoulders are less tense, and she softens a little when he mentions he'll be seeing her everyday. ]

You're welcome to come back to my house, too, if you want. I live alone, so I have the place to myself.

[ Which isn't an offer she takes lightly. If she's going to spend time with someone this much, she wants it to be with someone she's really fond of, and she's more than that when it comes to Noé. ]

[ Noé repeats in a whisper and finds it hard not to smile to himself. ]

When I feel that way, I just think of you and it gets better right away.

[ Ah. Her eyes go a little wide, and she blushes again. ]

It doesn't have to be just thinking about it, anymore. I mean it.

[ There's a pause, and then, a little quieter: ]

I want to spend more time with you.

Me too.

[ While he doesn't lower his voice, his cheeks are tinted pink. ]

It feels nice... when it's just the two of us.

[ He's blushing, and it's really cute. So is she, though. ]

I...I think so, too. I like being with you, Noé. I wish I could do that all the time.

[ After a little while, he adds with a small sheepish smile: ]

It would be nice to have you all to myself, but... I want everyone to taste your cooking, too.

[ Since no one's around, Lucia leans in and gives him a quick kiss on the lips. ]

It won't be long. I'm not going anywhere.

[ He didn't expect that kiss at all and it leaves a bright blush in its wake, even if it was a brief one. ]

Oh, someone just came in! Let me take care of this.
