He'll start going through the card point-by-point and reading them aloud for Owen, drawing rough little doodles on or by the spaces to give some idea of what they are. Tee-shirts he knows - it's what Owen is wearing right now, he will eagerly point out. Sharing a meal, confessing a secret, paddleboats... he has no idea how to draw a paddleboat, but he remembers sailboats.]
"Holding hands" is this corner up here, though it's already stamped... so you already must have done it with somebody.
[The next line is where he has a significant pause and a clearing of his throat.]
"Blindfolds. Smut." [A glance back to Owen, openly lost.] Any ideas, or...?

[He’s been mostly quiet while Otegine goes through the squares, but that gets him to speak up. Is the card broken? He would think he would remember holding someone’s hand if that… happened…
Ah.]

[Well. Seems he has more to worry about with that other Owen then he thought he did. Maybe Otegine will let that slide under the radar with how embarrassing the smut squares seem to be to him.]
I don’t know. Just draw someone with a blindfold? Though I don’t know what that would add to sex…

He squints for a moment, before trying his best to draw a little head of a stick figure with a blindfold on. He is Making an Attempt.]

What is his problem, apparently, is that Otegine doesn't know what kinks are.]

[He shrugs one shoulder.]
Sex can be more then just trying to conceive a child, and there's more then one sort of pleasure in the world and more then one way to experience it. Not being able to see what your partner looks like in the throes of passions doesn't seem particularly fun, though.
[A pause.]
Though maybe being able to surprise someone who can't see what you're up to wouldn't be so bad.
[He's considering it, at least.]

[Can't relate! What's it like to feel passion? He knows one of their songs had lyrics about it... akin to a fire in yourself, an emotion that engulfed you. But it never made much sense without something to pin it to. Battle was the closest alternative their saniwa had offered.
Still, he squints at the card for a moment, nodding thoughtfully.]
I mean, I guess I could see it. You do seem to get a little too much of a kick out of teasing people sometimes.
But, h-hey, that would mean the two of these must be similar, then! [Pointing out the other two "smut" squares on alternate parts of the card.] This one just says "Messy", but this other one is, uh... "rough sex". [Clearing his throat.] I'm... guessing that's just what it means upfront.
[A beat. His eyes flick to his own card, then back to Owen's.]
What about "bondage"? Would that be the same?

"Messy" gets Owen's nose to wrinkle, but he nods at "rough sex" as if that's completely understandable. Rough sex is just to be expected, honestly. Sometimes what feels bad feels good.]
Essentially, I suppose? Not quite the same as keeping someone in bondage and forcing them to serve or anything like that... Think more along the lines of binding someone up, tying them up and keeping them in place, unable to move or do much at all while you have your way with them.
