When have you ever passed up sweets?

[ Flynn's not as partial to them as Yuri is. But it does seem like a waste not to try the truffles, and he's not passing up the convenient distraction. He pops one in his mouth and starts looking through the rest of the basket, holding up a vial of the glowing pink liquid and swishing it a little. ]

It looks a little like a life bottle, don't you think?

[ ...He's not going to assume they should drink this, however. Especially with the massage cream in the basket, which he judges to not be a helpful way to redirect his thoughts. ]

I'm going to have to think about that for a second.

[ Once upon a time, in a land far, far away...that time does not exist.

Anyway, look at these two, having the time of their life here. They're simply being ridiculous, though. But, the chocolate was kind of good. No regrets (at the moment.) ]

It kind of does, yeah. But, it's probably a type of oil or something?

[ Sure, eating some chocolates in a high-class room is fine, but drinking weird drinks is a step too far apparently. Well, they could always take a whiff of it or something if they really were curious but he'd still not venture tossing the entire thing down his throat. ]

[ It wasn't bad at all! Flynn is glancing over to see if all the truffles are the same type. You never know, he could find a chili pepper flavored one in here. ]

Probably. More things for massages, I suppose.

[ He'll open the bottle to sniff it curiously, pouring a little on his fingers to see what the texture is. Slippery, just like he expects the massage cream to be.

...Ah. Um. He's not, in fact, quite that naive. Especially given that the motivation of preparing a private suite for them was fairly obvious. He recaps the vial slowly and sets it back in the basket, leaning away like he expects it to bite. ]

[ Flynn, please. Your hot chili pepper quest should end at ruining everything that was in that big pot...RIP to that, sincerely. We knew ye well. ]

Heh, there's a point.

[ Meanwhile, Yuri is sort of watching whatever Flynn is doing with the bottle; with him sniffing it, he doesn't really bother. He's sure that the other's got this. If it smells terrible, he simply won't go near it.

Though, there's a moment of silence for the blond's attempt at keeping some dignity, noticing the way he moves away with it, and no shortage of amusement at that. Then, he opens his mouth. ]

...Enjoying yourself over there?

[ Yuri. ]

[ Yuri! ]

I was just wondering out what it was.

[ Flynn Scifo has done nothing wrong.

And Yuri is definitely poking at him deliberately. Flynn reaches out to pick out another truffle blindly, debating between shoving it in Yuri's mouth and lobbing it at his face. His own dislike of mess wins out in the end -- or the suspicion that Yuri would just annoyingly catch it in his mouth if it were thrown at him does -- and Flynn grumpily eats the second one himself too. ]

[ ...Yuri would absolutely have caught the chocolate in his mouth so easily that Flynn would become jealous of such skill (no)

Anyway, he's going to have another too, because why not? The sweet tooth doesn't go away simply because he has only one little dessert! ]

But, it sounded like you figured out what it might be, huh?

[ No mercy. He absolutely deserves a chocolate being lobbed at his face by now, to be quite honest. ]

[ Yuri deserves it. And Flynn is nothing if not a proponent of justice. He narrows his eyes at Yuri and reaches out to pick up another truffle before throwing it with unerring aim at his face.

He does everything well, thank you. It's a very nice arc. One of the glowing vials (not for eating, Yuri don't) follows shortly after, though its arc is lower and more aimed for Yuri's hands. ]

If you're curious, why don't you have a look?

[ Yuri's going to be catching it right in his mouth. Bulls-eye!

He catches the glowing vial in his hands with ease as well. After properly eating the chocolate, he has some choice words. ]

Well, I don't mind looking. Though, now I'm wondering your intention behind asking.

[ If Flynn tosses something at him again, he deserves it. But he can't help the teasing. In fact, he'll make a show of taking the cap off... ]

[ Wow, nevermind. This was worse than just answering him. Flynn flops back against the pillows and weighs the merits of throwing one of those, too.

Not while Yuri has the vial open maybe. ]

I thought you'd be more satisfied to see for yourself.

[ Wait, maybe he shouldn't have worded it like that. Flynn doesn't want to see alcohol again after NHIE, but he wishes for a single moment that the truffles were wine instead as he reaches for another. For himself? For Yuri? It depends what the next thing out of Yuri's mouth is. ]

[ Imagine getting that stuff all over themselves.

Totally will make for a memorable night (no) ]

Really? Did you want me to drink it or something?

[ ...Yeah, these are the next words that are flying right out of his mouth. If it is just simple teasing, Yuri's fairly good at that. Though, he looks too proud of himself here because he is Just Like This. ]

[ Well, that settles it. This truffle is getting lobbed in Yuri's direction too. Yuri can demonstrate his amazing catching talents again. ]

You really would put just anything in your mouth? I don't think it's for drinking.

[ ...Yet again, he probably shouldn't have worded it like that. Flynn blinks a little at the heat creeping up his face and rolls onto his stomach instead. Actually, it's not just his face feeling a little heated right now. Maybe that's why his words keep coming out, well. Not quite how he intends. ]

[ Yuri catches it straight in his mouth! A 10/10. Are you proud of his skills, Flynn? How close is he watching when he finishes off the chocolate, licking his lips a little at the remains as he does so? Guess it depends if he caught it before rolling over like that.

But here is Yuri himself, thinking over and over about what Flynn's saying. And with the heat going straight to his face, and other places as well, he isn't thinking logically. ]

Heh. Why don't you tell me how you really feel? Even you can have those kind of thoughts, huh?

[ Damn, it really is getting hot in here, isn't it...he can mention it. But stubbornly he will see if Flynn does first. Not that he won't make a comment about it if the other doesn't soon enough. ]

[ Flynn isn't proud of him at all. Unfortunately, though, he is still watching to make sure Yuri succeeds. Which means he definitely sees Yuri savoring the traces of chocolate on his lips and--

well. Now Flynn is definitely trying to smother his face in a pillow for a moment. The heat that rushes through him at that sight is just a little dizzying. It's not helping that he can't stop thinking that he could so easily lean in and lick the last traces of it away for him. ]

Why are you surprised? I'm not some statue, Yuri. You know that more than anyone.

[ Flynn gives a little huff as he finally pushes himself up again on one arm to look over at his best friend, expression more thoughtful than annoyed. Something about the whole day has left him in a contemplative sort of mood. The quiet time to just enjoy Yuri's company? Wondering why Yuri had put in that bid on him after all? Maybe some of both. ]

[ Yuri is unable to hide a little laugh when he notices Flynn hiding his own face in a pillow?

Flynn, what are you even doing...!! ]

I dunno. I was having some doubts recently about that.

[ He's obviously joking. He knows Flynn isn't exactly completely and totally pure. He's seen Flynn at his worst and his best; he's as human as anyone else.

Anyway, he sees the blond looking at him like that, a little thoughtful. He's trying not to think too hard about his own feelings here, because it's just typical him fashion, but he does eventually begin to consider some things from the auction. What things might mean, when he got a little irritated by Mishka at that time...and still couldn't fully acknowledge it. ]

But, a guy's got to wonder. Surely I'm not the only one suffering from whatever's in those chocolates here, yeah?

[ He's going through it! Yuri, stop laughing. ]

Oh. Of course, they would have put something in the chocolate.

[ It probably says something about Flynn's state of mind that it hadn't occurred to him that the pleasant warmth suffusing his whole body is anything other than the result of a very nice date that ended with him rolling around on a bed with Yuri. He definitely couldn't call what he's feeling right now "suffering." He glances away a little guiltily, focusing on a point just past Yuri's cheek. ]

I can't heal something like that. If it's bothering you, then...

[ He's not at all reluctant to offer the obvious solution. But that's sort of the catch, isn't it? Maybe he's taking advantage of the situation by jumping to that conclusion. He absolutely has the fortitude to wait out the effects. He just... doesn't want to. ]

[ Too late, Flynn. ]

Yeah, 'course they would.

[ No surprise. Well, actually big surprise to him. He doesn't make a habit of consuming spiked food?? Even he didn't see this coming. But maybe he would've if he actually opened up the package properly...but, it's fine. What can you do, eh? Except mull over what this actually means for them to indulge in such activities together. They've known each other since they were kids, this is big, but in all honesty, now that he thinks about it...

He thinks he might like the opportunity of doing something so intimate with Flynn. But given the situation, he wonders what that makes of him? Anyway, he's reaching out, to brush a few of those blond strands away from his face. ]

...It's bothering you too, right? So, why don't we take care of it, together?

[ They've always done things together. It feels only right. Maybe Yuri's being a bit selfish, but right now, he can't help it. At least he's throwing it out there, so if Flynn doesn't want to... ]

[ Is it bothering Flynn? He lets out a soft sigh as he turns his face towards Yuri's hand, all but nuzzling his palm. Maybe it's easiest to think of things like that. They've always been there for each other when they needed it. This is just one more instance of the same.

He finally shifts to plant his hand to Yuri's shoulder, pushing him back a little against the bed. There's never been a need to think too hard about anything when he's with Yuri. It's always simple between the two of them. ]

Don't you mean, you'll let me take care of you? Just how many of those did you eat anyway?

[ ...So at least two of them might have been Flynn's fault from throwing them at him. That's why he leans in to try to press a light, apologetic kiss to the corner of Yuri's mouth, chasing those traces of chocolate he'd been staring so openly at before. ]

[ There's a bond between them that can't be shaken, always seeming like something present on so many levels, and at times like these, even a step towards such intimacy can't break what's between them. What's always remained as a matter of fact. If anything, perhaps this is just bound to make those sleeping inclinations towards a transformation of that bond even stronger.

He lets Flynn push him until he's lying down, feeling the soft blanket meet his back, even against the clothes he's wearing, and feeling his long hair fan out around him. ]

...Heh. You always were insistent on being a motherhen. As for how much on my end? Not entirely sure, since I wasn't counting.

[ At the minimum, at least three since Yuri did pick up one on his own. But, he lets Flynn place a kiss against the side of his mouth, only to then turn his head slightly so that he can return the kiss properly, and move his hands to slide around Flynn's waist. ]

[ Flynn makes a tiny discontented noise into the kiss — not for the kiss itself, which is more than obvious with the way he presses himself closer to Yuri, reaching up to cup Yuri's cheek in his palm as he kisses back. There's just a little desperation to his movements that he can't quite temper.

It should feel strange. Yuri is someone he's known all his life, but this is a line they've never crossed. It's not even something Flynn had really thought about before the island forced him to reorder his priorities. But he's comfortable with Yuri in a way that's always and only been the two of them. Kissing him feels like how Flynn thinks a kiss should feel.

He forces himself to break the kiss before he can get too carried away, just so he can mumble pointedly against Yuri's mouth. ]

Four. You had four of them.

[ Which is twice as much as Flynn, and Flynn is already feeling like he can't think straight. ]

[ All too familiar with that feeling of desperation—though Yuri has put up a convenient front and everything, the force of his wonderfully made choices feel like they're throttling him, compelling a more heavier, messy reciprocation of Flynn's efforts. His fingers are curling, holding on tighter to the back of the blond's clothing, his mind fading into a hazy mush.

Something about this feels too natural, only right. Anything logical in his head has mostly taken flight by now. ]

Yeah? So what?

[ His breaths are coming out fast, and he just wants another kiss from Flynn, so he goes right ahead, stealing another, pressing up almost mindlessly against him. ]

That— that you're always careless about things like that.

[ It's not really a complaint; Flynn doesn't have the least inclination to pick at Yuri now. He can barely think straight as it is. When Yuri presses up he lets out a low groan, muffling it into a kiss at least as needy as Yuri's. For someone who ostensibly hates mess, he certainly has no reservations about leaning into that, licking at the corner of Yuri's mouth as if to chase the traces of that chocolate from earlier. He slides his hands down Yuri's chest blindly, tugging at his shirt as he tries to slip his hands up under it. ]

[ Even if it was, it's not like Yuri would do anything but allow it to bounce right off of him, too caught up in the moment, and essentially more inclined to be himself than anything.

Well, maybe that's not right either. Because if not for his mouth being occupied, teasing might have been on the table if he can manage, with the way his mind having him give into his impulses in a way he had never imagined he would.

That said, his shirt's easy for those hands to maneuver under, not much to block probing fingers running over bare skin. Yuri only continues the kiss between the two of them, opening his mouth, and then subsequently deepening it as he rolls his hips against Flynn's. ]

[ Flynn lets out a quiet sigh against Yuri's lips, spreading his fingers wide against the sleek muscles of Yuri's stomach as he works his hand just under Yuri's shirt. Yuri's skin is so warm to the touch — though for a second he wonders how he can even tell. He feels so warm all over, like the heat is beneath his very skin.

He really shouldn't be overwhelmed with this little. It's not like he's never seen Yuri shirtless before. But he's entirely too aware of every inch of Yuri as he slides his palm up, just feeling him as he tugs Yuri's shirt up in the wake of his touch. He grinds back down against Yuri, a shudder sliding through him as his tongue sliding against Yuri's tugs another soft noise from him. ]

[ A sigh muffled between them is the only sound that manages to escape Yuri in this moment, the kiss mostly doing well to steal his attention from trying to hold back any—not that he feels like bothering with this, and the feeling of the other male moving back against him in turn.

...There also might be a hand slipping right back down to at least tug his own belt off so if Flynn wants to help him out of his shirt despite his relative position, it'll be easier, and you know, he doesn't care what happens to it after that. All he cares about is that it's so damn hot that these clothes seem more bothersome to wear with each and every passing minute.

Not that he has much interest in allowing Flynn to continue throughout the entirety of this over-dressed as well. His hands are moving deftly to pull off the blond's belt in turn, assuming he's wearing one depending on what clothing Flynn's decided to put on today. ]

[ Flynn very much does want to help Yuri out of his shirt. Once the belt is off he shifts up onto his knees for leverage, straddling Yuri's hips as he pushes that very unneeded shirt open on Yuri, sliding it off his shoulders. Not like it isn't usually open nearly to his waist anyway. But Flynn's breathing goes more shallow as he stares down at Yuri for a moment before leaning down for another kiss. ]

All right there, Yuri...?

[ The words are such a familiar echo, but he's never said them like this before in their lives. Even though Yuri's had more of that chocolate than Flynn did, Flynn thinks Yuri's hands seem steadier somehow. They certainly make short work of the belt he's wearing with his neat and practical modern clothes, leaving Flynn much too aware of how close Yuri's hands are to the button of his pants. ]
