Hello, intrepid adventurer!

I am excited to have you along for a group excursion to the mysterious new island! In two days' time, let us gather in the town square and set off from there! Please be prepared to stay the night. It will be so fulfilling and memorable for everyone to spend a night on an adventure together!

If you have any questions or concerns, please come find me at my flower shop in town or at the forest farm where I live!

[ If she accidentally delivered it to a few wrong mailboxes, then... Oops!

On the promised day, once everyone (and likely a few surprise tag-alongs) has gathered or been gathered, Ori distributes little paper bags of snacks to everyone. Inside are cookies, oat snacks, and a freshly-picked apple from her and M-21's orchard. Do with them as you please... Just don't let her catch you throwing it into the sea or something. 🥺 ]

Alright. I think we should head out, then! Thanks for coming along, everyone! I hope it'll be a great time. Oh, and please don't forget to drink plenty of water and use this incredible ointment I discovered on this island! It's called "sunscreen!" Tieflings don't really get sunburnt, but you should use it!

[ And with that our intrepid adventurers set off to the mysterious, dangerous, unknowable... resort island! ]

Passerby, yeah. But our fans will stay. They've been waiting for us.

[ He smiles, and the rain starts coming down harder. ]

Do you want to stay and watch? If you do, I'd find somewhere for cover.

[ It would be inappropriate for him to invite a stranger into his tent with his members, so he won't. ]

[framestory]

[ Ellis nods. He doesn't leave quite yet though, and fumbles with his words a little. Seeing Gaku like this raises some sort of emotion in him. ]

I hope... that your passion takes you far.

[ And he scuttles off. HE'S EMBARRASSED, so he's just going to take cover to try and watch the concert when it starts. ]

[ Oh. Well... goodbye stranger. Gaku watches him run off, shrugging as he goes back inside the tent.

About half an hour later, the rain hasn't stopped, but the show must go on. The closer it gets to the performance starting, the more people start milling around, drawn in by the poster and stage setup. There are a lot of people chattering amongst themselves, some talking about wanting to see TRIGGER, while others are expressing their surprise that TRIGGER is still around at all.

As TRIGGER walks out and onto the stage, there are gasps of surprise and a sudden rush of chatter over the ever-growing crowd. They don't acknowledge that, however, as Tenn gives a short greeting before they immediately go into a song. As they perform, more and more people stop, holding up their phones to take pictures, talking to their friends, or simply entranced by the performance.

Once the song is over, a few fans shout for an encore. ]

Sorry! There are too many people in the crowd, so we'll have to part ways for now. But we'll be back.

[ The other two members of TRIGGER apologize for the long wait too, but as the one Ellis might recognize as Tenn starts to speak, his words falter. It doesn't take long for the realization that he's crying to hit the crowd, several shouting at him not to cry. ]

Thank you... I'm glad... we got to sing our song...

[ And just like that, plenty of others in the audience have tears rolling down their cheeks as well. ]

[ Ellis watches the performance unfold before him. He's luckily taller than most of the audience so he got to watch. There's a lot of things happening, even though it's just a street concert. It was nothing like the concert he saw on the DVD, and yet, he could see how much more this all means to them despite the location. Ellis isn't one of the ones who are crying in the audience, but to see such reactions is something he notes.

That passion sure is something else. ]

[ Members of the audience telling him not to cry only makes Tenn cry harder, so Gaku steps between Tenn and the crowd with a towel, urging him to put it over his face. ]

Sorry everyone, but can I ask you not to upload pictures of his face right now?

[ A few members of the audience agree to that, and Gaku nods in thanks. ]

We'll see all of you again soon! Wait for us!

[ And after a few more goodbyes, Gaku ushers both Tenn and Ryu offstage, careful to keep Tenn's face covered.

If Ellis wants to talk to Gaku again, he'll have to grab the chance before the three of them are in the car. ]

[ Ellis doesn't chase them and merely watches them leave. It's not right to give chase, he thinks.

So he just stands in the rain, letting the concert sink in. ]
