[ Welcome to the wedding of Gaku and Ellis Yaotome! The ceremony is scheduled to take place in the late afternoon so that the reception can lead right into the evening, making it the perfect time for dancing until the wee hours of the morning. The Town Square is done up nicely, with sleek benches decorated with beautiful flowers for a bit of flare.

The ceremony itself is not drawn out, as Gaku and Ellis are both the kind of people who tend to get right to the point. Both Gaku and Ellis are dressed in nicely tailored suits that invert each other's colors—Gaku's suit is a dark, cool-toned blue with a cream colored vest underneath, whereas Ellis has on a slate gray with a dark blue vest. Their vows are personal and sweet, filled only with promises that they know they can keep. Gaku is a little bit nervous and definitely emotional, but Ellis' calm attitude is contagious enough that he's able to rein his emotions in. Having Lucia by his side as his Best Woman is also a big help, her support meaning everything to him.

With a kiss to seal the deal, the reception is on! ]



[ The tables are neatly set up, and dinner is just as nice, with plenty of options between steak, pasta, and salads. Outside of Gaku and Ellis, along with two seats labeled Tenn Kujo and Ryunosuke Tsunashi right next to Gaku's side, everyone is free to sit wherever they like, and there is no strict schedule when it comes to the time they choose to eat. It seems that although Gaku and Ellis were strict on their fancy dress code, they don't want to keep to a tight schedule. The desserts are also plenty and located on a single table near the cake, an assortment of macarons, cream puffs, and cookies accompanying it.

The reception is filled with music and a light atmosphere, and Gaku will encourage people to dance. He'll also encourage all attendees to take photos at the designated spot. ]



[ Sometime after most people have eaten and at Gaku's insistence, Ellis will be tossing the bouquet! Sure, a lot of people are getting married in a short span of time, but why not? There will also be a guestbook for everyone to leave messages or polaroids taken at the photo wall! ]

Is it unsurprisingly that by the time Gaku ends up going over to come get He Xuan that there's some food in his mouth? Probably not.

But it's where he's been mostly hanging around at. ]

[ This seems familiar because though he doesn't know how too much technological stuff works, he remembers Childe snapping a photo of them. Though this will be different. ]

[ Definitely not, and he hopes He Xuan eats a big portion of food so that Gaku has less to worry about later. ]

Yeah. It's an image of us that we can keep. A lot more instant than a painting.

[ He Xuan will definitely eat a huge portion of the food, you can count on him! There will be absolutely no survivors (leftovers.) ]

...Sounds familiar to something Tartaglia used. But, let's get it over with.

[ He will follow Gaku's directions, because of course, the other has the item in question on hand. ]

[ Gaku laughs, though, because he thinks that He Xuan's attitude is pretty amusing. It's hard not to, not when he knows that He Xuan is fond enough of Gaku to be doing this in the first place.

After setting the camera up on the timer, Gaku puts an arm around He Xuan's shoulders as he grins. ]

Mm. Like what?

[ Gaku is right about that! Otherwise, he'd certainly not be interested in getting a 'photo' with him. So even if he's asking (rhetorical, lightly, for him), it's without actual any ignorance or annoyance.

Anyone who doesn't know that they're friends might be mistaken to think otherwise.

Once Gaku has an arm around his shoulder, he raises two fingers. See? He's doing a pose too. ]

[ Even a small pose like that is a lot from He Xuan! Gaku's grin grows wider as the camera goes off, and he rushes over to grab the polaroid. ]

Can't believe you did a pose!

[ He shakes the photo, waiting for it to develop. ]

[ He Xuan is pleased about that by far. If it were him a few months ago he would have scoffed at the idea for sure. ]

Figured it'd add a little something to it.

[ ...He will also watch the strange mechanism, waiting for the photo to come out. He doesn't bother hiding the curiosity from his face. ]

[ Gaku holds the polaroid at an angle so He Xuan can see the photo start to slowly appear. ]

I think it did! We look like we're having a lot of fun.

Suppose it does.

[ Even with He Xuan's usual expression, it does add a bit of casual fun to it. That and it probably helps he doesn't look like he's glaring. ]

[ Actually, let Gaku point that out— ]

Yeah, for once you aren't glaring. You look way friendlier!

[ Gaku is doing this on purpose and he knows it. But, it's fine; all in line with the mood or something like that. ]

...Suppose I do. Just a little.

[ This is a time of joyous occasions—he will accept that he is being friendly here. ]

[ His smile grows softer. That's enough teasing. For now, at least. ]

I'll take just a little. I'm really glad you came.

I'm glad I did as well.

[ Though, he will make a pointed pause, before adding: ]

...And not just for the food.

[ Even the food is definitely a part of it, as always. But, there's something about being able to partake in a time of joy involving his friends, seeing two people who deserve to be happy actually as such. ]

[ That catches him by surprise, but he can't help but laugh anyway. ]

Me too. You're welcome to however much you want, so feel free to hover around the buffet table.

[ He pauses, looking at He Xuan for a long moment before going in for a hug. ]

[ And then he's suddenly ambushed by a hug, how dare. Jokes aside, after the surprise, he'll then lightly pat his back, returning it in his own way, before letting go. ]

Then, I'll do so. Everyone's had their chance by now to have some.

[ Maybe when he has a chance to visit it will be when there's a banquet of some kind and half of the food is suddenly missing, and he'll be the intimidating guy in some black stylish get up. So, look forward to that. ]

[ Oh, he'll definitely look forward to it! ]

Yeah, so get in there and take the rest.

[ He laughs, giving He Xuan a pat on the back. ]
