a rainy day - 10th

[ Today is supposed to be nice and sunny, and it is on most places throughout the island. Everywhere except the area immediately above Lucia, apparently. Wherever she walks, rain clouds follow up above, and there's a light drizzle that sprinkles down towards her. She doesn't have an umbrella. She just seems to be zoned out, walking to her destination: The library.

She's also trying to look at who's in the area, so as to not get them caught up in the drizzling. She'll make an attempt to swerve out of the way of anyone who's passing by, which looks rather odd. Hm. ]

a teenager - 11th

[ There's a girl, somewhere between 15 and 16 years old, with long red hair roaming around. There are two people who currently fit this description, but the glasses give her away – this is not Diluc, this is Lucia. She's currently sitting under a tree in the shade, somewhere near town, pressing buttons on her phone. There's a disgruntled look on her face. Seems like she can't get something to work.

She ends up looking pretty huffy before she shoves her phone back into her pocket. Then, she rises to her feet and starts speed walking towards the shops. Where is she going...? ]

farming - throughout the month

[ Anyone who's passing by the Lucia-Gentaro forest farm may catch her outside at any given point during the day. She's getting to work on her farm, and there appears to be a small assortment of mushrooms growing! How nice. There's also a small patch of flowers that are also in the process of growing. Seems like things are going decently.

There's also a little calico cat that's roaming around outside, circling around Lucia at times. The cat will let out a little "meow" if she spots a visitor, and trot up to the newcomer. This will alert Lucia, and she'll turn to whoever's at her farm and stand up rather quickly. ]

[ He'll even present his card to her. The bites and bruises prompt is embarrassing, and he doesn't know if it's better or worse that it's still blank, but he figures he has nothing to hide anyway. ]

[ She's ignoring that, yeah. Honestly, the most embarrassing one she has is the kissing square, but that appears to be completed already. ]

I'm glad you're having fun, and that I could help out. It hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be.

[ The kissing square, huh? He's honestly eyeing that a bit, wondering who she's kissed.

Too bad he's too polite to ask a girl that. ]

It hasn't. It's been good to get to know everyone. I was worried it wouldn't be easy to do, but a lot of them just come up naturally too.

I think so, too. It's surprising, how you get to know people through them.

Yeah, like right now. I've learned that you're going into game design and that we both have issues with our parents.

[ He gathers some noodles up on his chopsticks and holds it out to her.

[ Oh, my. Lucia looks at the food, realizes he's trying to feed her, and turns red.

Well. She'd better stop being dumbfounded like an idiot!! She ends up taking him up on his offer and eats the soba. ]

T-thank you! It's very good! You're good!

[ That makes him laugh... sorry, Lucia. ]

You're pretty cute.

[ He gets more soba, holding it up to her once again. ]

[ Please...sir... She's still red when she takes the second bite. Now this is starting to feel like a date.

Hm. She eats her portion, then scrambled to gather some noodles to feed him in return. She holds her chopsticks up towards him and blushes. ]

Yeah. I don't lie about that stuff.

[ Straightforward as always!

He smiles, leaning forward to take the bite, an amused look in his eyes as he looks up at her before drawing back and chewing. ]

[ He knows what he's doing. Sir. Stop this.

She understands why he's an idol as soon as she locks eyes with him. Promptly, she moves a hand up to her face, hiding behind it. Just a bit. She is so flustered. ]

[ He swallows that bite— ]

[ Gaku knows how to work the camera a bit too well, so sometimes it just... shows. ]

I guess you believe me about my image now, don't you?

[ Look, he's an attractive man, she's just not used to being teased like this? Is he flirting with her? She can't tell. ]

I believe you, yes. And...I'm really not used to people finding me cute. Or wanting to, well, tease me in that sort of way.

[ Gaku usually doesn't call it out in other people simply because he Gets It, but with Lucia? He can't help but tease her a little. ]

[ He absolutely was. Though... he really has an affect on her, huh? ]

[ She truly doesn't think she can get any redder than this, but at his question, her expression mellows out a bit. ]

I...honestly never really paid attention to them. Why do you ask?

Your reactions. You were really flustered when you found out I was an idol.

[ But maybe it's the whole celebrity thing. ]

Ah, well, I know what idols are, I've seen them online a lot. I just never really became a fan, I suppose.

[ She looks a little sheepish. ]

Obviously, things are a bit different now.

[ He raises his eyebrows. Would she end up being a fan of TRIGGER? ]

It's too bad you can't see one of TRIGGER's performances.

It is. I would make time for it, that's for sure.

[ She goes quiet again and looks thoughtful. She's taking her time to think about what she's going to say next. ]

Gaku... I know I just said I didn't pay attention to idols. Even so... No matter what happens here – I might be overstepping a bit, since we don't know each other extremely well, but – I will support you and your group's success.

[ Which is, quite possibly, the nicest thing she's said to anyone here thus far. ]

Really, I mean it. It certainly helps that I've gotten to know you, but after everything you've told me, I want you to do well.

[ Ah... that means a lot to him, especially after everything that's happened. His group is in limbo with him gone, unable to perform or climb up the industry ladder. Each day means they're losing time and opportunity.

But her words make him feel as if maybe things will still be okay when they go back. As long as they have fans, that's all that matters.

Without even thinking much about it, he leans forward and briefly presses his lips to Lucia's. ]

[ She's surprised, just like she was with Diluc, when he kisses her. It always seems to happen when she opens up, when she can express herself properly and authentically – it's nice, to not be punished for those things. It's nice to know that Gaku likes her enough to want to kiss her, whatever that entails, and that her words seemed to have reached him.

She remembers, though, that kisses are fleeting moments she can't miss. Lucia closes her eyes and returns it. It's certainly inexperienced and a bit shy, but at least she isn't missing her cue, this time. Baby steps. ]
